Creating a Salon
Set up your salon on Glambook by adding your business details, photos, and operating hours.
Steps
- Go to the Facilities tab
- Tap the Add Facility button (+ icon on mobile, button on desktop)
- Fill in your salon information (see fields below)
- Upload photos of your salon
- Select your service type — Salon or Spa
- Choose your amenities from the available list
- Set your operating hours for each day of the week
- Set your salon's location using the map picker
- Tap Save to create your salon

Setting Operating Hours
For each day of the week:
- Toggle whether the day is Open or Closed
- Set the opening time and closing time
- You can use presets for common schedules (e.g., 9 AM – 6 PM, 6 AM – 11 PM)

You can always update your operating hours later from the facility detail page. See Managing Operating Hours.
Booking Execution Mode
When creating your salon, you can choose how bookings are handled:
- Automatic — Client bookings are confirmed instantly if a time slot is available
- Manual — Client bookings go to a request queue for you to confirm or reject
tip
If you're just starting out, Automatic mode is easier to manage. You can switch to Manual later if you want more control.
