Publishing Your Salon

Make your salon visible to clients on Glambook. Until you publish, your salon is in draft mode and only visible to you.

Before You Publish​

Make sure you've completed these steps:

  • Salon details are filled in (name, location, phone, email)
  • Operating hours are set
  • At least one service has been added
  • At least one service provider has been added
  • Provider shifts/schedules are configured
  • Salon photos are uploaded

Steps​

  1. Select your salon from the salon dropdown in the top navigation bar (if not already selected)
  2. Click Manage Facility in the sidebar
  3. Review your salon details
  4. Click Publish
  5. Your salon is now live and visible to clients on Glambook

Unpublishing Your Salon​

If you need to temporarily hide your salon from clients:

  1. Select your salon from the salon dropdown
  2. Click Manage Facility in the sidebar
  3. Click Unpublish
  4. Your salon will no longer appear in client searches or booking pages

Unpublishing does not cancel existing bookings. Clients with confirmed bookings can still view their appointment details.

What Clients See​

Once published, clients can:

  • Find your salon in search results
  • View your salon profile, photos, and services
  • Browse available time slots
  • Book appointments with your service providers

Double-check your operating hours and provider schedules before publishing. Clients will see available slots based on your current configuration.
