Booking Calendar

View and manage your salon's bookings on a visual calendar.

Accessing the Calendar

  1. Go to the Bookings tab
  2. The calendar view opens by default

Calendar Views

Week View

  • Shows multiple days across the top
  • Each day is divided by provider columns — you can see each provider's schedule side by side
  • Scroll horizontally to see more providers
  • Bookings appear as colored blocks based on the service type
  • Time column on the left shows hours (customizable start/end)

Day View

  • Tap on a day header to expand into day view
  • Shows a single day with all providers
  • More detail and easier to read for busy days
  • Tap the day header again or use navigation to return to week view

Viewing Booking Details

  1. Tap on a booking block in the calendar
  2. A Booking Details Modal appears showing:
    • Client name (or guest name for walk-in bookings)
    • Service name and provider
    • Date and time
    • Duration
    • Amount (LKR)
    • Booking status
    • Payment information

All Bookings Table (Web)

On the web version, you can also view bookings in a table format:

  1. Switch to the All Bookings view
  2. Use filters to narrow down results:
    • Date — filter by specific date
    • Status — Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled, Confirmed
  3. The table shows booking ID, court name, booked date, play date, duration, status, client name, payment ID, and amount
  4. Click any row to view the booking detail

Calendar Indicators

  • Colored blocks — each service type has a distinct color for easy identification
  • Block height — proportional to the booking duration
  • Empty columns — provider has no bookings for that time period
  • "Facility Closed" — shown on days when your salon is closed

Tips

  • Check the calendar daily to stay on top of your schedule
  • Use day view for busy days — it gives more room to see overlapping bookings
  • Color coding helps you quickly identify which services are most popular
