Creating a Booking

Create bookings manually for walk-in clients, phone bookings, or any appointment that wasn't booked through the app.

Steps

  1. Go to the Bookings tab
  2. Tap New Booking
  3. Fill in the booking details:
    • Service Type — select the service being booked
    • Service Provider — choose a provider, or leave as auto-assign
    • Date — select the appointment date
    • Time Slot — choose from available time slots (slots that are already booked will not appear)
    • Guest Name — the client's name (for non-registered clients)
    • Guest Phone Number — contact number
    • Payment Type — select one:
      • Pay at Venue — client pays in person
      • Paid in Advance — payment already collected
    • Additional Notes — any special instructions (optional)
  4. Tap Create Booking

Multi-Item Bookings

You can book multiple services in a single booking:

  1. After adding the first service, tap Add Another Service
  2. Select another service type, provider, and time slot
  3. Each item is independent — they can be with different providers and at different times
  4. All items are grouped under one booking

How Time Slots Work

  • Available slots are based on:
    • Your salon's operating hours
    • The selected provider's shift schedule
    • The service's duration
    • Existing bookings (already-booked times are excluded)
  • If you don't select a specific provider, the system shows slots across all available providers
tip

Admin-created bookings are marked with an "Admin" source badge, so you can distinguish them from client-booked appointments in your calendar.
