Booking Details
View, edit, and manage individual bookings.
Viewing a Booking
You can access booking details from:
- Booking Calendar — tap on a booking block
- All Bookings table (web) — click on a row
- Dashboard — tap on an ongoing or upcoming booking card
Booking Information
The detail view shows:
| Field | Description |

| Client Name | The client who booked (or guest name for walk-ins) |
| Service | The service booked |
| Provider | The assigned service provider |
| Date & Time | Appointment date and time range |
| Duration | Length of the appointment |
| Amount (LKR) | Booking amount |
| Status | Current status (Upcoming, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled) |
| Payment Info | Payment type and payment ID |
| Source | Client (app booking) or Admin (manually created) |
Editing a Booking
- Open the booking detail
- Tap Edit
- You can update:
- Service Type — change the service
- Service Provider — reassign to a different provider
- Date & Time — reschedule the appointment
- Guest Info — update guest name or phone number (for admin-created bookings)
- Save your changes

Changes to the booking may trigger a notification to the client.
Booking Actions
Depending on the booking status, you can:

| Cancelled | View only |
Tips
- Check booking source — "Admin" bookings were created by you; "Client" bookings were made through the app
- Communicate with clients — if you need to reschedule, consider reaching out before making changes
